Cadiz, Ohio
Brookings, South Dakota

All bids are subject to court-approval and overbidding.

Assets are sold "as is, where is" with no warranties or guarantees. Bidders shall rely entirely on their own inspection and information.

A stalking horse bid of five million ($5,000,000.00) dollars has already been received for all locations combined. The sale of assets to the stalking horse bidder is subject to higher and better offers from other approved bidders. All bidders must be approved by 1:00 PM Pacific / 4:00 PM Eastern on February 3, 2011.

Submit a $25,000.00 deposit by 1:00 PM Pacific / 4:00 PM Eastern on February 3, 2011 for each location you wish to bid for, along with a completed bid sheet (see "Related Documents" section below).
Upon receipt of both the deposit and the completed bid sheet, you become an approved bidder. You will receive a telephone number and bidder number for participating in the conference call scheduled with the Trustee at 6:30 AM Pacific / 9:30 AM Eastern on February 4, 2011. The Trustee will conduct an auction telephonically and accept all finalized bids at this time.
