Inspection: Monday, December 3, 2012, from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.

Payment Due: Full payment must be made no later than 12:00 pm (PT) on Monday, December 10, 2012.

Payment Methods: We accept credit cards on-line, cash or cashier's checks in the Woodland office during business hours, or wire/bank transfers. Personal and business checks are not accepted. Payments are NOT taken at the removal site.

Removal: Wednesday and Thursday, December 12-13, 2012, from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm each day. Any items remaining after 4:00 pm (PT) on Thursday, December 13, will be considered abandoned and forfeited.

Removal Assistance: Buyers are solely responsible for the removal of purchased items. Average weight per pallet is approximately 3,000 lbs. A forklift will be available at auctioneer's discretion on a first-come, first-serve basis for loading assistance. Delivery is available.

All items are sold "as-is" and "where-is" with no warranties expressed or implied. Buyers in default will be charged a 15% re-listing fee based upon their high bid amount. There are no returns, refunds, exchanges or cancellations. Please bid accordingly.
