Inspection: Online only.

Payment Due: Full payment must be made no later than 12:00 pm noon (Pacific Time) on Monday, April 15, 2013.

Payment Methods: We accept credit cards on-line, cash or cashier's checks in the Woodland, CA office during business hours, or wire/bank transfers. Personal and business checks are not accepted. Payments are NOT taken at the removal site.

Security Deposit: The buyer is responsible for all costs to repair any damages to the premises resulting from the removal of the equipment. A security deposit of $3,000.00 is required prior to removal and is refundable after landlord conducts a site visit and verifies that buyer has not damaged the premises during removal.

Buyer's Premium: There is a 13% Buyer's Premium in effect for this auction.

Removal: Tuesday, April 16, 2013, from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm (Eastern Time)

Removal Assistance: Buyers are solely responsible for the removal of purchased items.

It is bidder's choice to purchase and remove the equipment or to purchase as an ongoing business by leasing the 4,800 sq. ft. building from the landlord.
