Inspection: Monday, September 24, 2012 from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm

Payment Due: Full payment must be made no later than 12 pm (PT) on Monday, October 1, 2012.

Payment Methods: We accept credit cards on-line, cash or cashier's checks in the Woodland office during business hours, or wire/bank transfers. Payments are NOT accepted at removal site.

Buyer's Premium: There is a 13% Buyer's Premium in effect for this auction.

Removal: Wednesday, October 3, 2012 and Thursday, October 4, 2012 from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm each day. All items must be removed no later than 4:00 pm (PT) on Thursday, October 4, 2012.

Removal Assistance: Buyers are solely responsible for the removal of purchased items.
