Inspection: Monday, March 4, 2013 from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.
Payment Due: Full payment must be made no later than 12:00 pm noon (PT) on Monday, March 11, 2013.
Payment Methods: We accept credit cards on-line, cash or cashier's checks in the Woodland, CA office during business hours, or wire/bank transfers. Personal and business checks are not accepted. Payments are NOT taken at the removal site.
Removal: Tuesday, March 12, 2013, from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.
Removal Assistance: Buyers are solely responsible for the removal of purchased items.

All items are sold "as-is" and "where-is" with no warranties expressed or implied. Buyers in default will be charged a 15% re-listing fee. There are no refunds or exchanges. Please bid accordingly.
