Security Deposit: A $1,500 refundable security deposit is required prior to any removal. Security deposits are used to repair any damages caused by removal of buyer's items. Deposits are refunded only if no damage is sustained to the property during item removal.

Removal: All items must be removed by 4 PM on Tuesday, Sept. 9.

Removal Assistance: Buyers are solely responsible for the removal of purchased items.

Items left after the removal period will be considered abandoned and cannot be claimed.
