Removal: All lots consisting of alcohol must be removed between 12:00 pm and 4:00 pm on Monday, March 1st, 2010. The lot of equipment and furniture must be removed no later than 4:00 pm on Friday, March 5th, 2010.
Removal Assistance: None. Buyers are solely responsible for the removal of purchased items.
Please note: Buyer of restaurant and brewery equipment is responsible for all costs to repair any damage to the premises resulting from removal of the items. A security deposit of $3,000 is required prior to removal and may be refunded following a site inspection by the landlord.
