Sales tax in the amount of 8.75% will be collected on this auction -- except on vehicles.

DMV Fees: Buyer is responsible for all applicable taxes and fees due DMV for registration/late fees.

Removal: 9am - 3pm, Wednesday, July 14, 2010. Any items not removed during this period will be considered abandoned and forfeited by buyers.

Removal Assistance: No loading assistance is available. Buyers are solely responsible for the removal of purchased items.

If someone other than you is picking up your auction purchases, please download this authorization form, fill it out, sign and fax it to us at 530-661-2499, so we can release your items to your agent.
