Payment Due: Full payment must be made no later than 12 pm (PT) on Monday, August 30, 2010.

Payment Methods: We accept cash, cashier's check, wire/bank transfer and credit cards.

Sales tax in the amount of 8.75% will be collected on this auction.

Credit cards are accepted through our online payment system for an additional 3% convenience fee.

There is no buyer's premium.

Removal: One day only! 9am - 4pm, Tuesday, August 31, 2010. Items not picked up during the designated removal period will be considered abandoned and forfeited.

Removal Assistance: Buyers are solely responsible for the removal of purchased items. Limited forklift assistance will be available at auctioneer's discretion on a first-come, first-serve basis until 3:00pm.

Transport Companies

If someone other than you is picking up your auction purchases, please download this authorization form, fill it out, sign and fax it to us at 530-661-2499, so we can release your items to your agent.

Please note: Please note that all wine must be purchased by persons over the age of 21 years, and that age verification will be required upon removal of your wine on Tuesday, Aug 31, 2010. No wine will be removed to visibly intoxicated persons and any person unable to provide age verification will forfeit their right to receive the lot until identification is produced. In such circumstances the lot may be held in storage at a local depot until appropriate identification is produced. All associated costs will be the responsibility of and be charged to the customer.
