Payment Due: Full payment must be made no later than 12:00 pm (PT) Tuesday, September 7th, 2010.

Payment Methods: We accept credit cards and wire transfers. Cash and cashier's checks are accepted at our office in Woodland, California.

Sales tax in the amount of 8.75% will be collected on this auction.

Security Deposit: A $1,500 refundable security deposit is required prior to any removal. Security deposits are used to repair any damages caused by removal of buyer's items. Deposits are fully refunded if no damage is sustained to the property during item removal.

Removal: All items must be removed no later than 4:00 pm (PT) on Wednesday, September 8th, 2010.

Removal Assistance: Buyers are solely responsible for the removal of purchased items.

If someone other than you is picking up your auction purchases, please download this authorization form, fill it out, sign and fax it to us at 530-661-2499, so we can release your items to your agent.

The items have all been moved from their original location and are now conveniently stored in a nearby storage facility. Pictures do not reflect the current state or location of the items being sold.

All items are sold "as-is" and "where-is" with no warranties expressed or implied. Please bid accordingly.
