Payment Due: Full payment must be made no later than 12 pm (PT) on Monday, September 13, 2010.

Payment Methods: We accept cash, cashier's check, wire/bank transfer and credit cards.

Sales tax: in the amount of 8.75% will be collected on this auction -- except on vehicles.

Buyer's Premium: There is NO buyer's premium on this auction.

Credit cards are accepted through our online payment system for an additional 3% convenience fee.

There is no buyer's premium.

Removal: ONE DAY ONLY! 8am - 5pm on September 14, 2010. Any items that are not removed by the end of the removal period will be considered abandoned and forfeited by the buyer.

Removal Assistance: Buyers are solely responsible for the removal of purchased items. No additional removal assistance will be provided.

If someone other than you is picking up your auction purchases, please download this authorization form, fill it out, sign and fax it to us at 530-661-2499, so we can release your items to your agent.
