Inspection: This is not an open house inspection. Guided tours will be given every hour, on the hour, from 8:00am to 4:00pm on Wednesday, January 25, 2012.

Payment Due: Full payment must be made no later than 12:00pm (PT) on Monday, January 30, 2012.

Payment Methods: We accept cash, cashier's check, wire/bank transfer and credit cards.

Credit cards are accepted through our online payment system for an additional 3% convenience fee.

There is no buyer's premium.

Removal: All items must be removed between 8:00am and 5:00pm on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, January 31, February 1 - 3, 2012.

Removal Assistance: PLEASE NOTE SPECIAL REMOVAL INSTRUCTIONS - West Auctions will lower lots on pallets from pallet racking down to ground level. Removing lots from the ground level out of the building will be buyers' responsibility. Buyer must provide own equipment (including pallet jacks, tools, labor) for removing items. Buyer forklifts will be allowed at auctioneer's discretion with proof of insurance and forklift certification for the operator. A 2,700 lb. forklift and pallet jack will be available on a first come, first serve basis at auctioneer's discretion. This forklift available for use inside the warehouse only. Warehouse does have loading docks.
