Inspection: This is not an open house inspection. Guided tours will be given every hour, on the hour, from 8:00am to 4:00pm on Wednesday, January 25, 2012.
Bidders must be prepared to make payment immediately following the close of auction and remove items within the next three days.
Payment Due: Full payment must be made no later than 12:00pm (PT) on Saturday, January 28, 2012. Payment MUST be received before items can be picked up. Payments are NOT accepted at removal site.
Payment Methods: We accept credit cards on-line or cash in the Woodland office during business hours. Payments are NOT accepted at removal site.
Credit cards are accepted through our online payment system for an additional 3% convenience fee.
There is no buyer's premium.
Removal: All items must be removed between 8:00am and 5:00pm on Saturday, Sunday and Monday, January 28, 29, 30. Payment must be received before items can be removed. Any items that remain at 5:00pm on Monday, January 30 with be considered abandoned and forfeited.
Removal Assistance: Buyers are solely responsible for the removal of purchased items.
If someone other than you is picking up your auction purchases, please CLICK HERE to fill out the authorization form so that we can release your items to your authorized agent.
All items are sold "as-is" and "where-is" with no warranties expressed or implied. Please bid accordingly.
