Security Deposit:  The buyer is responsible for all costs to repair any damages to the premises resulting from the removal of the equipment.  A security deposit of $3,500.00 is required prior to removal and is refundable only after a site inspection by the landlord and his approval of the condition of the building after the removal.

 

Buyer's Premium: There is a 13% Buyer's Premium in effect for this auction.

Removal:  All items must be removed no later than 4:00PM (CT) on Monday August 16, 2010.

Removal Assistance:  Buyers are solely responsible for the removal of purchased items.
