PAYMENT INFORMATION

Payment Due: Immediately following the close of the auction.

Payments are not charged automatically unless enrolled in Autopay.

Buyers are fully responsible for paying their invoices. If the Buyer decides on another payment method after Autopay has already occurred, the credit card fee is non-refundable.

Penalty Fee: If payment is not received, buyers authorize West Auctions to charge a 15% penalty fee to their credit card based upon their total invoice high bid amount.

Buyer's Premium and Sales Tax: There is a 15% Buyer's Premium in effect for this auction. Location-based sales tax will also be collected for this auction.

How to Pay Your Invoice: Credit cards online, cash/cashier's checks in our Woodland office (Monday-Friday), or wire/bank transfers. No personal/business checks. Payments are NOT accepted at pickup location.

• $25 per item + one-time $37.19 fee for background check per buyer per date entered if transferring locally conducting California background checks.
• Shipping is not available.
• All transfer/background check fees are to be paid with cash or credit card at the time of the background check.
• No refunds will be issued if you do not pass the background check.
• Items not picked up within 30 days are considered abandoned and forfeited unless the buyer contacts the seller, California Non Stop.
• Gun storage fees are waived only for multiple handgun buyers due to DROS delays on 2nd, 3rd, 4th, etc. handguns purchased.

• Wednesday, July 5, 2023. There is a mandatory ten (10) day waiting period on all firearm transactions once DROS is started.

• Buyers must bring the following when initiating the registration:
• West Auction Invoice
• Valid California Driver's License or California ID
• Valid Firearms Saftey Certificate
• A one-time background check for buyers who only purchase ammunition, no matter the amount purchased.
• The cost is $1.00 if in California DOJ Firearms System or $19.00 if not in California DOJ Firearm System.
• No ammunition background fee when purchasing a firearm.

All items are sold 'as-is' and 'where-is' with no warranties expressed or implied. No items have been tested for working condition by West Auctions. Bidders or their Agents are responsible for ensuring they received all their items. No claims of any kind shall be allowed after the item has been removed by the Buyer or item has been signed for after time of removal. Buyers in default authorize West Auctions to charge a 15% penalty fee to their credit card based upon their total invoice high bid amount. The penalty fee cannot be applied to individual items. There are no refunds or exchanges. Employees are unable to assist with physical loading. Bidders are bound by all terms and conditions of this auction when the first bid is placed, therefore, Bidders should not participate in the auction if they cannot comply with the stated auction terms. $50 Bid Hold: A $50.00 hold will be placed on your card when you place your first bid for this auction. If payment is defaulted on, the credit card hold will be applied towards the 15% penalty fee.

Soft Close Auction: If a bid is placed within the last 2 minutes of an auction lot's scheduled closing time, an automatic extension of 2 minutes will be added to the auction lot's scheduled closing time. The auction lot will close once it has reached it's scheduled closing time and no additional bids have been placed within the last 2 minutes.
