Asset Valuation

West Auctions offers three types of valuation services because different situations have different requirements.

Our professional appraisers provide a range of services - from single asset valuations to multi-market portfolios.

Certified Appraisals

We provide certified appraisals, suitable for lenders, banks, and courts.

More than 20 years West Auctions has been on top of the approved appraiser list for some of the nation's largest lenders and insurance underwriters.

Certified appraisals are based on current market value and market trends and are inclusive estimates of property value. We also perform highest and best use studies, reviews, insurance valuations, discounted cash flow analysis, arbitration & consultation, ownership issues, foreclosure, creditor and debtor bankruptcy support.

E-Valuations

Property evaluation services for property owners who are interested in the immediate market value of their assets, but who do not require a certified appraisal.

West Auctions has a convenient online tool that our clients use to request E-Valuations and share relevant information with us.

E-Valuation estimates are based on estimates of what the property would sell for at auction, and reflect approximate values in the current marketplace.
