Infrastructure for Modern Agriculture

Setting up a commercial grow facility is capital intensive. West Auctions lowers the barrier to entry by providing a secondary market for high-value infrastructure. From Gavita and Fluence lighting fixtures to Quest dehumidifiers, we regularly list top-tier brands that define the industry. Our auctions serve licensed producers, nurseries, and urban farmers looking to maximize their ROI.

We understand the specific needs of the cultivation sector. Our catalogs often organize items by room or zone, making it easier to bid on complete setups. Whether you are looking for vertical racking systems to double your canopy space or automated fertigation skids to dial in your crop steering, West Auctions is your source for professional grower equipment.

Frequently Asked Questions
Are the grow lights tested?
We generally do not test individual fixtures in bulk lots. Lights are sold 'as-is.' For large lots of HPS or CMH fixtures, we recommend planning to replace the bulbs, as their intensity degrades over time.
Do you sell liquid nutrients and soil?
Yes, we frequently auction pallets of soil, coco, and rockwool, as well as sealed jugs of nutrients. We typically do not sell opened nutrient containers due to shelf-life and contamination concerns.
Are the rolling benches disassembled?
It varies by auction. Sometimes benches are dismantled for easier transport; other times, the buyer must disassemble them on-site. Bring tools and a crew, as commercial benches are heavy and long.
Can I inspect the HVAC units?
Yes, inspections are encouraged. You can check the manufacturing date, filters, and general condition of the coils. However, we cannot usually run full load tests on large commercial AC units during the preview.
Is the hanging hardware included with lights?
Ratchet hangers or wire cables attached to the lights at the time of photography are usually included. However, we always recommend verifying in the lot description or photos if suspension hardware is part of the sale.
What voltage are the lights?
Commercial lights often run on 240V, 277V, or 480V. We list the voltage from the data label. Please ensure your facility's electrical panel is compatible before bidding.
