Bidding Terms

Bid Limit: All new bidders have a bid limit of $1,500; verified bidders have a bid limit of $5,000.

In-person inspections are recommended as all items are sold "as-is"

All bids are final when placed, with no retractions

Pay on time, or a 15% penalty fee is applied

Pickup during removal times only. No extensions or exceptions!

Soft Close Auction: If a bid is placed within the last 2 minutes of an auction lot's scheduled closing time, the auction lot's scheduled closing time will be automatically extended by 2 minutes. The auction lot will close once its scheduled closing time has passed and no additional bids have been placed in the last 2 minutes.

When the first bid is placed, bidders are bound by all terms and conditions of this auction. Therefore, Bidders should not participate in the auction if they cannot comply with the stated auction terms. Please bid accordingly.

Payment Terms

Payments are not charged automatically unless enrolled in Autopay. Buyers are fully responsible for paying their invoices. If the Buyer chooses another payment method after Autopay has occurred, the credit card fee is non-refundable.

Penalty Fee: If payment is not received, buyers authorize West Auctions to charge a non-refundable 15% penalty fee to their credit card based on their total invoice high bid amount.

Convenience Fee: A 4% convenience fee will be charged for all credit card payments

No Buyer’s Premium.

Sales Tax: Location-based sales tax will also be collected for this auction.

How to Pay Your Invoice: Credit cards online, cash/cashier's checks in our Woodland office (Monday-Friday), or wire/bank transfers. No personal/business checks. Payments are NOT accepted at the pickup location.

Removal Policy: Buyers are responsible for all aspects of removal. All items remaining after this specified time are considered abandoned and forfeited, with no further rights by the Buyer. Buyers may authorize another person or company to pick up their auction purchases, provided prior written authorization is given.

Auction Terms

All items are sold as-is, where-is, on behalf of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, with no express or implied warranties. Items are subject to confirmation by the Bankruptcy Trustee. Items have not been tested by West Auctions. Buyers or their agents are responsible for pickup and verification; no claims are accepted after removal. There are no refunds or exchanges. Buyers in default authorize a 15% penalty fee based on the total high bid amount. West Auctions staff cannot assist with loading. By bidding, bidders agree to all auction terms and should bid accordingly.
